Andi Byer joined Whittlesey Doyle in April, 2010 as a Project Coordinator. She is directly responsible for the creation of marketing materials, website maintenance, market research, presentations, escrow management and client relations. Andi is a licensed CA Real Estate Salesperson and has more than 8 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, appraisal and property management. Prior to joining Whittlesey Doyle, Andi worked at CB Richard Ellis specializing in the disposition of office, retail and industrial investment properties. Andi focused her efforts on marketing and new business growth for the Private Client Group - Newport Beach, widely recognized as a top producing team in Southern California. While at CBRE, she was involved in the sale of more than 200 sale transactions valued at more than $1.5 billion. She graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo where she received a Bachelor of Science degree.
