David Harbour joined Whittlesey Doyle in 2002 and specializes in land sales in southwestern Riverside County along the I-15 and I-215 corridors, encompassing Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Winchester, Perris, Hemet and San Jacinto. He provides comprehensive advisory and brokerage services to landowners, lenders, investors, homebuilders and development companies operating in this market, a major growth area in the Inland Empire. Before joining Whittlesey Doyle, David was an associate with another major land brokerage based in Orange County, where he focused on facilitating relationships and negotiating deals with equity and debt sources on behalf of clients to fund and/or finance residential developments. He also performed in-depth project analyses and assisted in creating marketing strategies for client projects. From 2000 to 2001, David was a senior software manager for EzGov, Inc., which developed a marketplace for E-Government software services for state, county and local governments throughout California, Arizona and New Mexico. Before that, he served as a financial analyst for the Koll Company, a major California commercial and industrial developer, where he conducted asset valuations, return analyses, and cash flow projections. He was also an investment banking analyst with BancAmerica Robertson Stephens, where he focused on the firm's real estate and technology groups and provided financial advisory services for such activities as IPOs, secondary equity/debt offerings, and mergers & acquisitions. A graduate of Stanford University where he excelled in both academics and athletics (played on the school's NCAA Division 1 varsity basketball team), David earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering/engineering management.
