Greg Sullivan joined Whittlesey Doyle as its Orange County infill development specialist. During his career, Greg has been the principal negotiator in consummated transactions representing over $1 billion dollars in commercial, multi-family and residential properties. He started his career at CB Richard Ellis in 1986 as an office specialist and earned the title of Vice President prior to leaving CBRE. In 1997 he was hired by an institutional office REIT (Arden Realty, Inc.) to head up their Orange County and San Diego regions. His responsibilities included asset management, property management, leasing, marketing and value enhancement of an approximate 4 million square foot mixed-use portfolio. He quickly won the attention of their President and COO and was promoted to head up a Taxable REIT Subsidiary (TRS) to outsource company expertise and services for the benefit of Arden’s shareholders. Greg left Arden in 2002 and co-founded a boutique real estate brokerage firm focused on infill redevelopment opportunities. His broad based skill set, with over 25 years of commercial & residential real estate experience, has provided Greg with the tools to understand the value of non-performing commercial assets and the underwriting for the residential product that could potentially replace them. Additionally, he has obtained a good working knowledge of the General Plan Amendment and Zone Change processes giving him the expertise to structure these somewhat more complicated transactions. He believes Whittlesey Doyle is a natural step in his career providing him with data, information and support to better service his clients needs. Greg is a Southern California native and resides in Newport Beach with his wife Michelle and four children. He enjoys skiing, surfing, volleyball and just being with his family. He graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 1984 with a Degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. Greg can be reached at:
