Nick Emsiek joined Whittlesey Doyle in 2005 and specializes in land sales in the High Desert cities of Victorville, Hesperia, Adelanto, and Apple Valley as well as Rialto. He provides comprehensive advisory and brokerage services to landowners, investors, homebuilders and development companies operating in these markets, a major growth area in Southern California. He conducts comprehensive marketing studies and provides marketing strategies, which are designed to maximize property values for residential developers and homebuilders. Prior to working with Whittlesey Doyle, Nick worked with Pacific Heritage Development, a private Southern California homebuilder. He used this opportunity to familiarize himself with the real estate industry, focusing primarily on land acquisition and permit processing. Prior to working in real estate, Nick studied regional development and law and the University of Arizona, graduating with a BA in regional planning and a minor in law. Nick attended the University of California, Irvine, where he completed several courses in the Light Construction and Development Management program, as well as additional marketing courses. He is a committed member to both HBC and the Building Industry Association. An accomplished athlete, he is a committed soccer player in the Newport Beach Soccer League team, softball player in both the Tustin league and Irvine league and recently just competed in his first Olympic distance triathlon.
