Tom Doyle

Tom DoyleTom Doyle is a founder and principal of Whittlesey Doyle and specializes in residential and investment land sales to homebuilders and developers, as well as providing comprehensive advisory and brokerage services to financial institutions, public and private investors, and real estate companies. Prior to establishing Whittlesey Doyle in 1996, Tom was a principal with Province Realty Group, where he developed programs to provide advisory and brokerage services for a diversity of clients, as well as creating and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. From 1988 to 1994, Tom was a vice president with First Interstate Bank. He was vice president of the real estate division 1990-1994, where he managed the disposition of more than $150 million in real estate assets. He was also responsible for coordinating projects with brokers and potential buyers, and worked closely with outside counsel on such critical issues and loan documentation and legal structure. Before that, he was also a vice president of corporate lending and was responsible for developing, structuring and managing credit relationships with middle-market companies and high net-worth individuals. A licensed California real estate broker, Tom earned a degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine, and has completed programs in real estate including, Light Construction and Development Management and Commercial Real Estate Investment. A dedicated marathon runner, Tom is a member of the UCI Alumni Association, Phi Delta Theta Alumni Association, Building Industry Association, ULI and is active with the Orangewood Children's Foundation.

 
Les Whittlesey
Principal

Les WhittleseyLes Whittlesey is a founder and principal of Whittlesey Doyle, an Irvine, CA based land brokerage firm. During his career, he has handled nearly $2 billion in land transactions. Prior to establishing Whittlesey Doyle in 1996, Les was Executive Vice President of the Hoffman Company where he was the company's top producer during his entire tenure at the firm from 1989 to 1995. He also marketed REO properties with major financial institutions, developed sophisticated land analysis programs, as well as established training programs for sales agents. Les began his career in real estate with Grubb & Ellis in 1986, where he formed and managed the residential land division for the Ontario office. There he was the Top Producer of the Ontario office in 1989 and was in the Top Twenty in the Pacific Southwest. He is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, earning degrees in communications and marketing and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Libby Frantz-Wickland
Senior Land Advisor

Libby Frantz-WicklandLibby Frantz-Wickland joined Whittlesey Doyle in 2004 and specializes in land sales in the Coachella Valley, as well as Banning and Beaumont. She conducts comprehensive marketing studies and provides marketing strategies, which are designed to maximize property values for residential developers and homebuilders. Prior to joining Whittlesey Doyle, Libby was an associate in the office properties group of Colliers International, Reno, Nevada, where she leased more than 400,000 square feet of office space, as well as facilitated the purchase and sale of office buildings. She also worked on development projects including major office parks owned by companies such as Panattoni Development, Lewis Operating Company, LCF Enterprises and Landmark Homes. Additionally, she assisted in the relocation of many Northern California companies to the Reno area. A professional snowboarder before transitioning into real estate, Libby earned a bachelor's degree in history with a minor in business administration from UCLA. She is also working towards her certification in the Light Construction and Development Management curriculum at the University of California, Irvine, and is a licensed real estate sales person in California and Nevada.
